Well, we have the place for you!
Friends and family can work out together with our small group fitness training program. Small groups are limited to four people. This way your trainer can give more attention to individual needs and abilities. So everyone gets the workout they need.
Our goal is that a small group fitness training session is effective for every participant (not only for the most or least fit).
